1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policies.
Partial Refunds: In cases where items show signs of wear or are not in their original condition, only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items: Customized products, sale items, and items bought with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
